FAQs

What makes AIO's solution unique in the market today?

The answer may be found at this pdf

What are the system communication capabilities from the sites to the CMS?
The system can communicate in many communication channels:
The main communication channel between the sites and the CMS is the Ethernet. The system communicates in SNMP over the IP and has web server capabilities.
If the Ethernet is not available, the site switches to GPRS over GSM. Every site supports two SIMs for communication redundancy.
If the GPRS is not available, the sites can communicate with the CMS sending SMS.

What is the maximum number of sites that can be connected to CMS?
The number of sites is practically unlimited.

What is the equipment needed on site?
Our solution is modular. There is one controller on site and sensor and meters connected to it. This is the only controller on site and it can handle all site tasks including access (gate) control, energy, security, environment and others.

Can the system monitor more than one tenant per site?
Yes, our system architecture is designed to handle several tenants on site. Each tenant is managed as it was the only one on site getting the full management capabilities.

Can the tenant customer be charged for the energy usage?
Yes, we can measure the energy usage of each customer and report it. Based on our reports the customers can be charged.

Can the system help with Preventive Maintenance of equipment on site?
The system can assist the system manager with the Preventive Maintenance:
The site devices are maintained according to manufacturer's definitions.
Each maintenance action is reported on line by technicians and saved on the system.
The system enables to follow up on each service and action that has been done on site. In addition the customer can produce periodic reports of each service.
The System reduces Maintenance & Site operation costs and it prevents failures before they happen.

Can the site controller manage "smart" equipment like generators managed by controllers (Lovato, DSE, etc.) and DC systems?
The site controller can manage any equipment on site either by simple contacts or "smart" digital communication.

Do you use off the shelf sensors or your own sensors?
We use both. We do have our own sensors and meters and we use also 3rd party sensors that were tested and certified by us.

Do you support alternative energy sources?
Yes we do support alternative energy sources like solar cells and others.
