  • Attribution of each asset to its relevant owner, weather specific tenant or the entire site ownership. Definition who are the customers of each asset, and which maintenance activities are required for it.
  • Drill down capabilities to every asset on site. Graphic overview of all assets at their physical location on site. Capability to drill down to each asset's component, and store manufacturing information for each component (component type, manufacturer, production date etc.
  • RFID Inventory management – AIO's total site solution enables RFID Inventory management via CMS, Site controller and dedicated devices (RFID reader, RFID tag, barcode sticker printer, installation kit) , by implementing the following process:
    • Generate asset's 2D barcode label from CMS, including but not limited: Vendor and contract, Maintenance company and procedure, Life time, RFID ID
    • Attach the RFID and the 2D barcode to the relevant asset on site
    • Every asset's movement on site is automatically detected by the Reader and transferred to site controller
    • The Site controller sends trap to the CMS with asset's data
    • The CMS updates the asset's location and data
