Preventive Maintenance

AIO offering includes planning of preventive maintenance activities for all devices on site, by defining each device/component's maintenance procedure at given period, and provide advance notice for maintenance activities in order to guarantee on time procedures, maximum uptime and equipment lifespan at minimal technical manpower and transportation costs, and optimal operation. The system registers and calculates all equipment maintenance procedures, using AVL to track geographical locations of teams, their skills, fault solving record and available spare parts.

The system automatically deploys teams to various locations, attributes technicians to specific malfunctions, and Android based applications communicate on-line with the Central Management System for detailing faults, component history, scheduled tasks and system know-how. Technician applications use barcode scanning for assets and components, and procedures performed on the site automatically report back into the Central Management System, flagging alerts on deviations from the planned maintenance. Multiple faults of equipment register for notification of procurement division. Reports on technician and contractor efficiency allow operations management to correctly assess teams, provide additional training or replace contractors.

Benefits
  • Maintenance activities are done on time, on required standards and quality, and at much lower OPEX
  • Tracking and assessment of equipment, technicians and contractors
  • Tracking of planned vs. actual maintenance per site, per component
  • Lower downtime, longer lifespan of equipment, lower spending on manpower, which eventually reflected in reduced network's OPEX
