Chief Operations Officer - Position Number 2650

Job Description:
Reporting to the CEO, the COO will lead all internal operations and will have the following responsibilities:
  • Optimize company operations to reduce work cost, decrease inventories, improve quality, and cut materials and indirect costs.
  • Direct order fulfillment process including meeting guaranteed delivery dates and shortening standard delivery dates.
  • Increase the company’s manufacturing capacity to support overall company objectives
  • Manage daily operations- hindering problems – technical, material related, quality issues.
  • Set and implement the company’s inventory management policies
  • Identify bottlenecks and find creative solutions for resolution including finding, selecting and approving outsource contractors
  • Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals.
  • Oversee all administrative functions: Operations manager, Logistics manager, Procurement manager, and DFM ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage and harness the department’s human resources to achieve company’s objectives
  • Interface to R&D and Engineering departments with regards to the transfer from R&D to production, production files and engineering changes
  • Interface to outsource contractors in regards to response times, and solving customer delivery issues
  • Interface to Quality Assurance department in regards to client complaints, manufacturing failures and vendor quality issues.

Qualifications: 
  • Must have a minimum of 8+ years of strong operational experience: ideally has worked in a senior management role for 5+ years. Experience working for a technology-based company is preferred.
  • Skills should include organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
  • Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
  • Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; 


System Engineer – Position Number:  2640 

Job Description:
 
Definition and design of the company’s solution strategies and specifications with the goal of solution unification through constant customer and market requirement analysis
Creation and maintenance of documentation as it relates to system configuration, processes, and service records.
Knowledge center of all of the company’s solutions as a whole for cross-company professional engineering guidance and expert problem-solving.
R&D tasks prioritization on a per project basis.
 
Daily tasks
 
  •  End-to-end solution design - in depth understanding of the solution (project or pilot) from onsite dry contact level to specific CMS indications, through all the various solution components and optimization processes to meet customer requirements.
  • Fundamental Configuration guidelines to both site and CMS levels
  • Creation of a functional specifications for required solutions, be it full or partial, for both site and CMS
  • New technologies feasibility assessment and their compatibility with our solution
  • Reports and features specification
  • Technical procedures: ATP, sanity checks, transfer to production, specific tasks
  • Main work interfaces: logistics, sales, product, projects, R&D and engineering

Required Qualifications:
 
·   Must have intimate knowledge of monitoring and management systems;
·   Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of HW/SW systems, applications, and related products.
·   Experience with programmable controllers and protocols such as : Modbus, Canbus, SNMP and Syslog – an advantage
·   Practical Engineer, B.Eng. Degree in Engineering- an advantage;
·  Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
·  Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
·  Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
·  Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
·  Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
·  Strong customer service orientation.
·  Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Real-Time Embedded Engineer - Position Number:  2620

Job Description:
AIO Systems is looking for an RT Embedded SW Developer to join a leading R&D team in charge of the development of AIO Systems’ advanced Hardware & Software based products.
 
Qualifications:
  • BSc in Electrical-Engineering/computer-Sciences/Computer-Engineering from a known university or college.
  • At least 3 years' experience in RT EMBEDDED development - advantage to Cortex/Arm7.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in 'C' programming.
  • Knowledge and experience in TCP/IP protocol (LAN & Cellular platforms).
  • Knowledge of RS232, RS485, MODBUS, I2C, SPI.
  • Experience in Embedded Linux development – Advantage.
  • Ability to read and understand circuit schematics, and using Scope/Fluke etc.
  • Very good spoken and written English
